A city in Shaanxi is planning to engage in medical device business. There are two vacant investment projects.

• Project 1: 2 production plants exploiting titanium alloy seeking for partners abroad. Both products have a strong growing market in China.

Plant 1 has an annual production of 200,000 pieces of dental titanium implants.

Annual income – 75 million Euro
Annual after-tax profit – 27 million Euro
Total investment – 128 million Euro

Plant 2 has an annual production of 910,000 sets of superfine high-end titanium alloy medical apparatus.

Annual income – 84 million Euro
Annual after-tax profit – 25 million Euro
Total investment – 73 million Euro
Cooperation form: joint venture, sole investment.


• Project 2: Set up a plant for R&D and production of medical electronic equipment. After completion, the annual production size will be 2 million pieces of smart auxiliary equipment including electronic sphygmomanometers, blood glucose test meters, electronic thermometers, ear thermometers, and potential therapeutic apparatus, low-frequency therapy apparatus, and laser therapeutic apparatus etc.

Annual profit – up to 18 million Euro
Total investment – 62 million Euro
The joint venture or Investment cooperation is adopted.
